307 Dorchester Ave.

F W Webb purchased the site at 307 Dorchester Ave next to Golds Gym back in April. Their current location is at Albany Street where they have outgrowth the facility. They are proposing to demolish the existing building and to construct a new store to relocate to this 307 Dorchester Avenue location. The new building will include a showroom, office, self-serve wholesale center, a warehouse and an outdoor storage yard. The new facility will enable F W Webb to expend their operation and services to the area community. We have filed with the Boston Landmark Commission (BLC) to seek permission to demolish the existing building since the existing building is over 50 years of age. The proposed site plan and architectural of the new development is currently under review by the BRA and not yet finalized; but we are more than happy to show you the preliminary concept that we have proposed.
