This years Gardening efforts on the bridge will focus on the final parcel on the right hand side facing the bridge bordering on our newly opened Gillette Park. We have decided to name that parcel after Denise Cogliano, a long time resident at 9 West Broadway who died suddenly this spring at just 38 years old. She leaves behind her fiance Bobby Farrell also of 9WB, her mother, and many brothers and sisters and extended family. Denise was a bright smile in this neighborhood for many years and a memorial garden seems a fitting way to surround us with her memory for years to come. David Warner of Warner Larsen Landscape Architects has designed these preliminary plans for us. David has generously signed on pro-bono as Architect of record.
